To many, leading and managing people looks an easy activity and is basically all to do with “common sense”. Whilst there is indeed an element of common sense involved, it is only when we start to manage people that we realise many of the complexities and “grey areas” that are involved in this field. This Management training course is therefore, designed to support anyone in a management/leadership position who wants to improve their competence and confidence in this area and become as effective a manager/leader as possible.
