E-Learning is a very cost effective and efficient way to upskill and develop your staff where you have a large number of people to be trained.

With almost a 100 courses to choose from, covering a range of different sectors, we are able to help you develop your staff, increase their confidence & performance and give them the skills & knowledge they need to help drive your business forward. 

All of our courses are fully accredited to national standards and comply with current legislation.  We can ensure that your staff gain the accreditations they require very quickly, as our courses typically take between 1 to 3 hours to complete and they are available to study online 24 hours a day, giving your staff the flexibility to fit the learning around their work patterns. 

The digital certificates are immediately available to print on successful completion of the course, and they include the logo of the relevant Awarding Body.

Staff will have access to the course materials for 12 months, which is useful to use as a “refresher” a few months or so after the course has been successfully completed.

Option 1 - Bulk Purchase Business Account

If you are looking to purchase 100 courses or more, you are able to open a Business Account with us, where we can assign quantities of generic credit to your account and this will give you the opportunity to purchase courses for a much reduced set price for all courses, which will be determined by the suite of courses you are looking to purchase. This will give you the opportunity to predict how much training you will need in the future and purchase this upfront. In return you will be rewarded with a significant lower price per course and a more flexible solution. You don’t need to know now what courses you need or when you will need them, the credit is generic so can be used against any course at any time, and what’s more, it never expires. Once your credit amount has been used, you can simply top up your account with additional funds, as required.

Option 2 - Annual Unlimited Usage Subscription

Annual Unlimited Usage Subscriptions are also available for employers who are looking to pay the lowest price possible for the training of their staff, without compromising on quality.  By signing up to our Annual Subscription service, your employees can have unlimited usage of all our course titles, giving you piece of mind knowing all your training needs and compliance requirements are covered. 
In terms of cost savings, this is the most “attractive” option as you can make savings of around 80-90% off the regular price of a single licence. The price is determined by the number of employees within your organisation that will require access to the training, and is shown in the table below. You can opt to pay in 1 easy annual payment, or split your payments over 12 months.

As an example, if you have 10 employees in your organisation, each employee can access any number of courses available for just £15 per month.  The larger the number of employees, the cheaper the price.  ie. if you have 250 employees, the price per person is reduced to £3.20 per month.  For this monthly fee, they can access all 95 courses if required as the price is for unlimited access to all courses
(see table below).

Learner Management System (LMS)

When you purchase 10 courses or more, we give you free and full access to our Learning Management System (LMS) where you will have the flexibility to allocate usernames and passwords to your staff and give them access to any course they require.  You will also have the ability to monitor their progress and view when a module has been failed or when a course has been successfully completed. You will also be able to export the data in the form of a spreadsheet to keep track of progress.  The system is very simple to use and very user friendly.

Pay By Invoice

We accept payment via all major debit/credit cards, and Paypal.  However, for bulk purchases of 10 courses or more you can pay by invoice, if preferred.

From the Employers perspective the Administration side is easy to use and the information provided in the Excel report is ideal to monitor progress, the courses can be allocated to employees as and when the Employer decides from the allocated numbers for each course and I am also able to download the certificates myself as and when courses are completed.
