Whilst sometimes sceptical about the value of this type of training, I was particularly impressed about the way in which Tom conducted himself. He was very down to earth and approachable and it was clear from the proposal that Tom had fully understood the brief and I was very impressed with the proposed ways of resolving the issues and initial structure to the approach.
We are now approaching the end of these initial coaching sessions and there has been a marked improvement with the individual, in particular to meeting deadlines and with his credibility with some of his peers and we are now looking to continue with some further coaching for the members of the individuals team.
I would highly recommend.
