I own a private nursery school in Aberdeen and first met Tom when my staff and I attended training courses in connection with our Investors in People Award. Since then we have organised training courses with him at the Nursery which all the staff have thoroughly enjoyed including “How To Improve Your Assertiveness”, “Appraisal Skills” and “Recruitment and Selection”.
We have always found Tom’s courses to be very informative, interesting and he has a special way of making them lots of fun even at the end of a long working day. We would most definitely recommend Tom as a trainer and we hope to keep using his services for many years to come.
