All of our Public/Open courses that are listed on this site under the Public Courses menu are available on an In-Company basis and can be delivered at your workplace, wherever you are located in the UK, at a time that fits in around your work commitments. We offer affordable training on 3 different levels – “Standard”, “Tailored” & “Bespoke” to give you the flexibility to opt for the training that most comfortably matches your team, your organisation and your budget. Delivery of Our Training
With regards to our “in-house” training, we are able to deliver our Public courses as they stand, or we can tailor the content to offer you a more bespoke course that more effectively meets the needs of your people.
Our team of experienced consultants can tailor courses to address any kind of people related issues you may face within your organisation. Although we are recognised as being leading specialists in the provision of Leadership & Management training, we also offer a wide range of business courses that span many subject areas, and we will work with you to design the content that best meets the needs of your team in order to develop your people and give them the confidence to be the best they can be. Our courses can be a duration of 1 day or 2 days, or we can develop a whole programme that can be delivered over a number of weeks or months, dependant upon your needs.
Our approach is to work in collaboration with you to take a look at the issues you are facing internally. We take the time to get to know the culture of your business and your people by offering you either a series of face to face meetings or telephone consultations, and we work with you to understand your needs in detail. We then provide you with a written proposal outlining our proposed solutions and the best way to approach the situation. This can be tweaked and amended as necessary until you are happy with the final outcome.
