“Selling” products and services face to face can be a major challenge in its own right. For many however it is even more challenging to “sell” over the phone. This Telesales Course therefore, provides an insight into how to maximise your rapport and communication skills in this arena and to engage effectively enough to grab the attention of the listener and ultimately make a sale.
The programme takes many of the generic sales techniques and approaches that work well on a face to face basis and allows participants to understand how to adapt them to the world of telephone sales.
