Covid-19 - Notice to Customers
Following the recent Government advice to “stay at home and save lives”, as a business who has the welfare of both its customers and its staff at the forefront of our priorities, we have decided to cancel ALL CLASSROOM training until further notice.
This is a very difficult decision, but is one that we have taken in order to support the Guidelines that have been stipulated by the Government. It is however, our policy to adopt a “business as usual approach” until the situation regarding the Coronavirus becomes clearer. In the meantime, anyone who has booked a course in the next month or so will be contacted and notified of the situation. New course dates will be advertised in due course and we will make contact directly with those who have been affected with the new arrangements and date options. We are currently in the process of revising our Terms & Conditions to reflect any changes.
In the meantime, as an alternative to our Classroom Training courses, we offer a full suite of over 90 e-Learning courses which all comply with National Standards and are accredited by the relevant Awarding Body (CPD, ILM, RoSPA, IIRSM, IATP, IFE). In addition, we will shortly be launching our Virtual Classroom and Live Webinar sessions for our Leadership, Management and Soft Skills courses to enable you to continue with your Professional Development during this period of “Lockdown”. Details will be available very soon on our website.
Our Customer Support team is fully operational and we are working hard to ensure that we provide our customers with the required levels of support during this uncertain and challenging period.
