The Workplace Health & Safety Course covers general Health & Safety issues that apply to a wide range of types of businesses and sectors, from office and retail environments to workshops and factories.

The course also introduces best practice associated with the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations, the importance of using appropriate PPE as instructed and the most common procedures to follow in the event of a fire.
The course contains specific case studies that outline the seriousness of Health and Safety in the workplace and potential consequences if there is a Health and Safety breach. Along with all this it introduces the concept of Risk Assessment and concludes with the actions that should be taken in the event of an emergency situation occurring.

Course Format
The course is presenter led and is broken down into modules. At the end of each module, you will be asked to answer a number of multiple choice questions which you need to answer correctly before moving on to the next module. You will have the opportunity to review all your answers at the end of each module before final submission and will be given 3 attempts to achieve the required result.
The course videos are filmed in “real life” settings to make the learning experience more authentic, and they include quizzes and games for added interaction and stimulation.
Course Certificate
The pass rate of the course is 70%.
As soon as you have acquired the required pass rate and successfully completed the course, your accredited digital certificate will be immediately available to download and print.
